Prime Minister Oli Concludes China Visit, Returns Home Today

Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is returning to Nepal today after completing his official visit to China, which began on Bhadra 14 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping. The Prime Minister led a 23-member delegation to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Tianjin, where Nepal has held the status of dialogue partner since 2016.
During the visit, Prime Minister Oli met with President Xi Jinping and addressed the summit. He also held bilateral talks with global leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, Maldives President Dr. Mohamed Mizzou, Cambodian Prime Minister Dr. Hun Mahanet, Lao Prime Minister Sotheay Siphandon, and Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Ching.
In Beijing, Oli met Chinese Vice President Han Zheng to discuss strengthening cooperation.
He was accompanied by his wife Radhika Shakya, Education Minister Raghuji Pant, Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Badri Prasad Pandey, Nepali Congress MP Purna Bahadur Khadka, and other senior officials.
